This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders once you make a purchase from our official online store: www.ornale.com.

This policy applies to all domestic and international orders unless otherwise specified.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery items may require additional 7–15 business days depending on design complexity, material availability, and craftsmanship.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

Note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹5,000.
  • For orders below ₹5,000, a nominal shipping charge of ₹150 applies.
  • Express or Priority Shipping may incur additional fees (calculated at checkout).
  • International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier rates. Duties and taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing:

  • The tracking number
  • The shipping carrier name
  • A direct link to track your shipment online

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account at www.ornale.com under the “My Orders” section.


Packaging & Security

All jewellery is packaged in tamper-proof, secure, and eco-friendly boxes to ensure safe delivery.

  • Each shipment is carefully inspected and sealed before dispatch.
  • For high-value orders, a secure hand-to-hand delivery may be used.
  • If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, do not accept it and immediately contact our customer support.

International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide. However, please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Ornale Jewellery is not liable for any customs delays, holds, or confiscations.
  • Customs policies vary by country; please check local regulations before placing your order.

Delivery Confirmation & Signature

For your protection, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Once signed and accepted, ownership of the product transfers to the customer.
If someone else signs on your behalf, we will consider the delivery as successfully completed.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate before placing the order.

  • Ornale Jewellery will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to address issues or non-acceptance, we may charge re-shipping fees for redelivery.

For address corrections, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement at care@ornale.com.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen factors like:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier strikes
  • Regional lockdowns
  • Customs delays
    may cause shipping delays.

Ornale Jewellery shall not be held liable for such external circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding in such rare instances.


Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your parcel appears to be tampered with, damaged, or missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged.
  2. Notify our customer care within 24 hours of attempted delivery.
  3. Provide images of the package and invoice for verification.

Once verified, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and, if eligible, process a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.


Ownership & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board). This means:

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
  • However, we assist customers in filing claims with the courier in case of verified loss or non-delivery.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the product has been shipped or dispatched, no further modifications can be made.
Custom or engraved jewellery orders cannot be canceled after production begins.


Gift Packaging & Special Requests

We offer complimentary gift wrapping on selected jewellery pieces.
Customers can request personalized packaging or gift messages at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for luxury boxes or gift hampers.


Liability Disclaimer

Ornale Jewellery Brand and Ornale Jewellery Private Limited shall not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners or external logistics providers.
  • Losses resulting from incorrect address input by the customer.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from delivery delays.

All efforts are made to ensure accurate, secure, and timely shipping.
