This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or exchanged, as well as your rights and obligations as a customer when shopping at www.ornale.com.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this Policy.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Product
- If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage must be provided to support your claim.
- Wrong Product Delivered
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
- The replacement will be processed once the incorrect product is returned to us in its original condition.
- Unworn & Unused Condition
- The product must be unworn, unused, and unaltered, with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
- Jewellery showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage due to mishandling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom Orders & Personalized Items
- Customized or engraved jewellery, made-to-order pieces, or items purchased on special request cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
- Time Frame for Return Request
- All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team via care@ornale.com or call +91-8380 906 901 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Provide your order number, product details, reason for return/exchange, and clear images.
- Step 3: Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange for a pickup (if available in your area), or you will be guided to ship the item to our return address.
- Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your request.
Refunds
- Refund Approval
- Once your return is approved and the item passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
- In cases of exchange, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- Delayed or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the notified processing period, please check with your bank or card provider first.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for the same product value or higher.
- If the exchanged item costs more than the original, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
- Products returned for exchange must meet the eligibility conditions listed above.
- Once an exchange is processed, the new product will be shipped within 7–14 business days, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, festive offers, or promotional events.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and digital products.
- Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or lack of care.
Product Care During Return
To ensure safe return transit:
- Pack the item securely in its original box with all protective materials.
- Include authenticity certificates, tags, and invoices with your return package.
- We recommend using an insured courier service to prevent loss or damage during shipping.
Ornale Jewellery will not be responsible for products lost or damaged in transit if self-shipped by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not been shipped.
- Once the item has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
